About
Our Story
We’re an Indigenous-owned consulting firm supporting Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations with practical, accountable advisory services in national defence, healthcare, government, and environmental work. Indigenous engagement is one part of what we do—alongside strategy, planning, facilitation, and reporting that helps teams move projects forward in a way that reflects UNDRIP and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action.

Our approach is grounded in lived experience and public service, bringing clarity, structure, and follow-through to complex files. We support clients with program and project planning, partner and stakeholder coordination, policy and process alignment, and written deliverables that capture decisions, risks, priorities, and next steps.

We also actively pursue and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)—including opportunities led by Indigenous organizations and communities in the areas we specialize in. Whether we’re advising internally, supporting delivery, or partnering as part of a larger team, our goal is consistent: practical work, done with integrity, that people can rely on.
