Jason Hartung is a Red River Métis professional registered with both the Manitoba Métis Federation and the Métis Nation of Ontario, with relationship networks across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. His work is rooted in building durable partnerships and helping organizations translate reconciliation commitments into practical action—across planning, operations, procurement, and project delivery.

With a background that spans Indigenous relations leadership, public service, and frontline policing, Jason brings a calm, structured approach to complex files where trust, accountability, and clear documentation matter. As an Indigenous Relations Manager, he has built and strengthened partnerships with Indigenous communities and organizations, helped teams implement UNDRIP- and TRC-informed approaches, and supported culturally safe, inclusive service delivery.

Jason is known for helping teams understand how engagement and operational decisions affect long-term trust, regulatory risk, and outcomes. He works comfortably at leadership tables, alongside project teams, and in community settings—bringing clarity to difficult conversations and aligning organizational goals with community priorities.

He also brings deep experience in reporting, investigation, and risk-aware decision-making from his time as a police officer and in municipal enforcement roles—where accuracy, consistency, and defensible records are essential. In addition, as a founder of an Indigenous brand, Jason understands strategy, storytelling, and delivery from the inside out—combining relationship-based work with practical execution.

Today, Jason helps Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients strengthen their approach to partnership, planning, and accountability—delivering advisory support, facilitation, and written products that leaders can rely on and communities can trust.

Jessica Hartung brings a rare blend of healthcare expertise, disciplined documentation, and communications strategy—a combination that fits perfectly with the kind of consulting work where accuracy, confidentiality, and trust matter. As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with experience across mental health, community/public health programs, reproductive medicine, and forensic community reintegration, Jessica is grounded in client-centred service, calm decision-making, and high standards of professional practice.

In fast-paced clinical environments, she developed a reputation for meticulous documentation, privacy compliance, and careful verification of information—skills that translate directly into consulting deliverables like briefing notes, engagement records, summaries, and stakeholder-ready reporting. Her nursing work required consistently reconciling details from multiple sources, identifying discrepancies, and producing clear, time-sensitive notes to support safe decisions and audit-ready records.

Alongside healthcare, Jessica has led and supported marketing and communications work over many years, including as Director of Marketing for Turtle Island Market and previously as a Marketing Manager in corporate settings. This background sharpened her ability to synthesize research, craft clear messaging, manage timelines, and produce polished written materials that meet professional standards.

Jessica’s strengths support the business’s goals in a very practical way: she helps ensure our work is organized, evidence-informed, and clearly communicated, whether that means producing reports and summaries, quality-checking documentation, coordinating inputs across teams, or supporting proposal writing and competitive submissions. She also brings additional training in compliance-focused work, including completion of the PBSA FCRA Core Certificate and continued professional development focused on research, verification, and high-integrity reporting.
