Indigenous Engagement & Consultation Support
We design and strengthen engagement plans that are distinctions-based, community-informed, and aligned with UNDRIP and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action. We assist with outreach strategy, facilitation support, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-through planning.
Strategic Advisory & Risk Awareness
We help defence teams understand how Indigenous rights, land use considerations, and community priorities intersect with operational goals. Our work supports proactive planning, stronger relationships, and defensible decision-making.
RFP & Competitive Procurement Support
We actively compete for and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including opportunities where Indigenous engagement, reconciliation commitments, or Indigenous participation requirements are central components. We also support defence contractors in strengthening Indigenous engagement and partnership components within their proposals.
Reporting & Documentation
Clear, accurate reporting is essential in defence environments. We produce structured engagement summaries, briefing notes, analysis documents, and final reports that reflect what was heard, what actions were taken, and what next steps are required—ensuring accountability without losing sight of community perspectives.
Internal Readiness & Capacity Support
We assist teams in building internal processes that support consistent engagement practices, clear recordkeeping, and culturally informed decision-making.
